Sessions happen over secure video. Getting in is one click from your reminder email — no codes, no downloads.

Joining from your email

You’ll get reminders before each session — a day before and again about an hour before. The Join session button takes you straight into the room. The room opens up to an hour early, so clicking the one-hour reminder lets you in right away.

   Click “Join session”

   From the reminder email (or your sessions list).

   Sign in if asked

   If your session has lapsed, you’ll sign in once and land right back in the room.

   Allow camera & mic

   You arrive in a device-check lobby where you confirm your camera and microphone, then join the call.

Privacy in the room

• The video connection is end-to-end encrypted by our video provider.
• Each session has its own room, created just for that appointment and closed afterwards. Treat the join link like a key — anyone you forward it to can enter the call.
• Sessions are not recorded unless both sides explicitly consent.
