Finding a therapist

There are two ways to find your therapist on Bliss: browse the directory yourself, or let guided matching narrow it down for you.

Browsing the directory

The directory lists every published therapist as a card with their photo, approach, languages, and the issues they work with. You can filter by:

  • Issues — what you want help with (anxiety, relationships, grief, and so on).
  • Languages — therapists who work in the language you’re most comfortable in.
  • Approach — the therapeutic method (CBT, person-centred, and others).
  • Country — origin or where the therapist is based.

Guided matching

Prefer a recommendation? Answer a short set of questions about what you’re looking for and Bliss suggests therapists that fit. Each suggestion comes with a one-line reason explaining why this therapist was matched to you — so the recommendation is transparent, not a black box.

Good to know
Matching is a starting point, not a verdict. You’re always free to ignore it, open any profile, and chat with the twin before deciding.

The therapist profile

Every therapist has a full profile with their biography, credentials, the issues and approaches they specialize in, languages, and session price. From the profile you can open their AI twin or jump straight to booking.
