Payments & pricing

Paid sessions are charged securely at checkout. Bliss accepts card payments and supports company sponsorship and referral discounts where they apply.

Paying by card

Checkout is handled by Stripe, the industry-standard payment processor. Bliss never sees or stores your full card number. You enter your card, confirm, and your session is booked.

Company-sponsored sessions

If your employer partners with Bliss, eligible sessions can be fully sponsored. When you’re signed in with your work email and have remaining allowance, the sponsored session is applied automatically at checkout and shown as free — no card needed. See For companies.

Referrals and promo codes

If referrals are enabled for your account, a referral discount applies to your first paid booking — and it survives a free intro call, so you don’t lose it by trying a therapist first. Promo codes, where offered, are applied at checkout.

Invoices

Every payment has an invoice you can view and download (as a PDF via your browser’s print dialog) from your payments history. Invoices are issued by Bliss Digital OY (Helsinki, Finland).
