Bliss lets employers offer therapy as a benefit — sponsoring sessions for their team and inviting employees in, with privacy built in.

How sponsorship works

When your company partners with Bliss, eligible employees get sessions paid for by the company. An employee signed in with their work email, with remaining allowance, sees the sponsored session applied automatically at checkout — shown as free, with no card required.

Allowance

Sponsorship runs on an allowance — for example a total number of sessions for the organization and a per-employee cap. Once an employee reaches their cap, further sessions are paid normally.

Inviting your team

HR can invite employees by email. Each invite is sent once (resending won’t create duplicates), and when an employee accepts, their account is linked to the company so sponsorship applies.

Employee privacy

Good to know

Companies see usage and eligibility, never the content of sessions or twin conversations. What an employee discusses in therapy stays between them and their therapist.
