A bit more

Hi, I’m Adam. I’m a mental health therapist from the United States of America, licensed out of Virginia, and I’m currently living and seeing clients here in Tirana. I’ve been working in the mental health field for over five years, and I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling from Regent University. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and my goal in therapy is simple: to meet you where you are. I use a mix of cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, person-centered approaches, and motivational interviewing to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll make a plan, set goals, and work on practical steps to help you make changes that really fit your life. Whether you’re dealing with relationship struggles, life transitions, or just trying to understand yourself better, I’m here to walk with you and help you build the tools and insights you need to move forward.
